About Us

ODC Construction is the largest shell contractor in the southeast serving homebuilders in Lake and Sumter Counties with foundations, framing, block, siding and trash maintenance.

We built proprietary software we named CrewSuite to manage all ODC jobs. CrewSuite runs on a 24-hour data cycle connecting our office with the field for each task involved at every stage of our builds. From estimating to bidding, to scheduling and recording all on-site progress; our software-driven process not only delivers efficiency, but also enables us to pivot and adjust quickly when change orders arise.

At ODC, we are intentional about everything we do. We always know the ''why'' behind our actions. At the same time, we never lose sight of the bigger picture: we're giving dreams their start. We lay the foundations where people will build their lives. And we care about people -- those we work with, those we work for, and the lives we touch along the way.
